RDRx stands for Registered Dietitian Prescription. You will be working with a Registered Dietitian and the nutrition counseling provided will be individualized to meet your unique health goals and nutrition needs.
I’m Haley, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, Crossfit Level 1 Coach, Athlete and Adventurer.
I LOVE my job. I get to build relationships with amazing people and help improve their quality of life while talking about food, exercise and health. Translating evidence based science into real life applications and making food fun and delicious is a pretty amazing thing to call work.
There isn’t a “one-size fits all” diet. If you’re searching for a sustainable solution, let me coach and support you with a customized plan.
Restrictive eating, “detoxing”, and fad dietiting is not the answer to healthy living.” If you’ve been a victim to dieting, let’s break that vicious cycle.
So let’s do this! My mission is to help each client improve overall health with diet and exercise with realistic plans. By achieving and maintaining better habits it will not only prevent disease but it will make a difference in your everyday life.
So what makes me different?
I am a credentialed Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, which means I completed a dietetic internship, master’s degree, took nationally accredited exams and am held to high ethical and education standards.
Experience & Community Involvement
I have experience as a clinical dietitian in the outpatient and inpatient settings and have also worked in fitness, foodservice and community environments. I practice what I preach, am a non-judgmental, realistic dietitian and have worked with hundreds of clients with much success. I am dedicated and determined to help each and every one of my clients achieve their health goals.
