- 1/4 Cup Milk of Choice
- 1/2 Cup Berries Frozen
- 1/2 Cup Mango Frozen
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt or 1 scoop of collagen as a protein source
- 1/2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Tbsp Chia/Flax Seed Mix
