This mild curry recipe is a good place to start with Indian food. It’s surprisingly easy to make and is perfectly sweet and savory.

What are antioxidants?
Antioxidants have been shown to prevent the oxidative process in which cells are damaged by free radicals, which can lead to cell dysfunction. These powerful nutrients have been linked to the prevention of heart disease, diabetes, boosting immune function and lowering the risk of infection and even some cancers.
So give it a try, if you don’t like the heat, go easy on jalapeno.
Crockpot Chicken Curry
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Medium Onions
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1 Lb Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3/4 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Fresh Jalepeno
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Cup Broccoli
- 1 Cup Spinach
- Measure out ingredients except broccoli and spinach.
- Combine and mix together in crockpot. Wait to add spinach and broccoli until an hour before eating.
- Cook 4-6 hours on low heat.
- Eat plain, over rice, naan, noodles, whatever your heart desires!
